What should I do if the SELLER cancels a trade under the protection?

My Orders page, under the relevant order, use the “Apply for ByNoGame Buyer Protection” button or follow the steps Support Request > Report an Issue > “ByNoGame Buyer Protection” to inform us.

As soon as we receive your application, we prioritize and review your case.

If we confirm that the seller has canceled the trade offer, the order amount will be refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet as soon as possible.

According to ByNoGame’s "Buyer Protection," all the SELLER's listings are removed and their store is suspended for 7 days.
This also locks the Trade URL across the site, preventing sales from other accounts during this period.
