What is 3D Secure code, how does it work?

3D Secure is a security protocol developed to reduce fraud in online shopping and protect users' card information.

How Does 3D Secure Work?

1) When you want to purchase a product or service from our website, please select your preferred payment method on the payment page.

2) Enter your credit card details (card number, expiration date, CVV code), followed by the amount you wish to load. (See also: Can I pay by credit card?)

3) Along with the payment information, an authentication request is sent to the cardholder’s bank (issuing bank).
The bank initiates a verification process using a previously defined authentication method (such as a code sent via SMS, mobile app notifications, or security questions on the bank’s website).

4) You can complete your 3D Secure verification by entering the code provided.

5) If the verification is successfully completed, the transaction is approved and the payment process is finalized.
If the verification fails, the transaction is canceled.
