What are the buyer's responsibilities in Ring deliveries?

⚠️ The buyer must complete the inspection of the received Ring within 15 minutes, and if there is any issue, they must report it to ByNoGame. After the 15 minutes expire, the transaction is automatically approved!

🛑 During the entire inspection process, a continuous video recording must be made! (You should start recording when you receive the Ring.)

❌ Do not use the in-game footage!
The in-game screen recording will be interrupted since you need to exit and re-enter the game after breaking the Ring.

• You must perform the inspection after receiving the Ring.
  
  

• The person receiving the Ring can check the character's skills, stats, NP amount, achievements, level, race, and 70 quests before breaking the Ring. If there is an issue with this information, the Ring must be returned before breaking.
  
  
• When checking the Ring, if incorrect information is found, the seller is considered to have delivered incorrectly. The buyer can request a return or cancellation.

• If problems are detected after breaking the Ring, return costs are shared between the buyer and seller; the seller must also provide the buyer with a Character Seal Scroll or an equivalent value.
