What is ByNoGame Buyer Protection?

At ByNoGame, we prioritize the security of our buyers. We have introduced the “ByNoGame Buyer Protection” system fully compliant with Steam's 7-day Trade Protection process.

How does it work?

• After the seller delivers the CS2 skin you ordered via trade, the sale amount is held under the “ByNoGame Buyer Protection” for 8 days.

• This period exactly matches Steam's Trade Protection duration and protects the skin for 7 days until it cannot be reclaimed.

• When the trade becomes irreversible after 7 days, the payment is automatically transferred to the seller's account the following day.

• Follow the steps to easily apply for ByNoGame Buyer Protection.

What Happens When You Click the “Apply for ByNoGame Buyer Protection” Button?

As soon as your application reaches us, we prioritize and review your transaction. If we confirm the seller canceled the trade offer, the payment held in ByNoGame Buyer Protection will be refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet shortly.

✅ What Does “ByNoGame Buyer Protection” Mean for Sellers?

With Steam's new update on 15.07.2025, CS2 trade offers stay in Trade Protection for 7 days. Trades can be reversed during this 7-day period.

Steam Trade Protection + ByNoGame Buyer Protection

Sales on ByNoGame are protected by a double-layer system securing both buyer and seller.

The payment made by the buyer is held in the ByNoGame Secure Pool for 8 days after you've delivered the skin.
The buyer cannot withdraw the payment. Your money is 100% guaranteed by ByNoGame.

Once Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection period ends, your sale income is automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet.

No action is required during this period.

Your only responsibility is to send the trade offer on Steam and not withdraw it for 7 days. That’s it.

💸 I Sold an Item. When Will My Money Transfer to My Wallet?

When you sell a CS2 skin:

1. The buyer makes the payment, which is transferred to the ByNoGame Secure Pool.

2. You successfully send the skin via trade.

3. The 7-day Steam Trade Protection period starts.

4. After 7 days, the right to retract the trade ends.

5. Then, your sale amount is automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet.

No action is required during this period.

Your only obligation is to send the trade offer on Steam and not withdraw it for 7 days. That’s all.

🔐 What is ByNoGame Buyer Protection?

• The payment made by the buyer is first withdrawn from the ByNoGame Wallet.

• This amount is then held in the ByNoGame Secure Pool.

• When you send the skin, the payment is still protected.

• After the 8-day period ends, the system automatically transfers the payment to you.

So, the buyer cannot withdraw the payment. Your money is 100% guaranteed.

What Happens If the BUYER Cancels a Trade Under Protection? What Are ByNoGame’s Sanctions?

• WARNING! All your protected trades are canceled, all skins under trade protection are returned, and your account receives a 30-day trade ban, prohibiting transactions on the Steam Community Market.
• In such cases, ByNoGame may temporarily or permanently suspend this membership.
  
• ByNoGame deducts 25% of the product price as a transaction security fee from the BUYER and transfers it to the SELLER's wallet to compensate for the SELLER’s loss.
  
• ByNoGame charges the BUYER a service fee of 10% of the purchased product price.

Update (22.09.2025): The transaction security fee rate increased from 5% to 25%.

What Should I Do If the BUYER Cancels a Trade Under Protection?

My Sales & Listings page, click Details for the related sale. You can inform us by clicking the Flag icon at the bottom right or by following Support Request > Report Issue > About Buyer steps. 

• Your application is prioritized and reviewed as soon as it reaches us.
• If we confirm the buyer canceled the trade offer, 15% of the held amount in ByNoGame Buyer Protection will be deducted as a transaction security fee and promptly refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet.
• Additionally, ByNoGame may impose penalties by temporarily or permanently suspending the BUYER’s membership.
