What is ByNoGame Buyer Protection?

At ByNoGame, we prioritize the safety of our buyers. We have implemented the “ByNoGame Buyer Protection” system, fully compliant with Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection period.

How does it work?

• After the seller transfers the CS2 skin you ordered via trade, the sale amount is held under “ByNoGame Buyer Protection” for 8 days.

• This period is one day longer than Steam’s Trade Protection period and protects the funds until the skin can no longer be reclaimed (8 days).

• After 7 days, when the trade becomes irreversible, the payment is automatically transferred to the seller’s account.

What should I do if the SELLER cancels a trade that is under trade protection?

Once we receive your application, we prioritize and check your case.

If we verify that the seller canceled the trade offer, the related amount will be refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet as soon as possible.

As part of the “Buyer Protection”, ByNoGame removes all listings of the SELLER and suspends their store for 7 days. The Trade URL used for these actions is blocked site-wide preventing sales from other accounts during this period.

What visual evidence should I attach when applying for ByNoGame Buyer Protection?

In your Steam Trade History, the relevant skin will appear as “returned to previous owners before trade”. Upload a screenshot proving the seller canceled the trade when applying:

With the new update Steam released on 15.07.2025 (new update), CS2 trade offers enter a 7-day Trade Protection period during which trades can be reversed.

Steam Trade Protection + ByNoGame Buyer Protection

Sales on ByNoGame are protected by a dual-layer system ensuring both buyer's and seller's security.

The buyer’s payment is locked in ByNoGame’s Secure Pool for 8 days after you deliver the skin.
The buyer cannot retract the payment. Your money is 100% guaranteed by ByNoGame.

One day after Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection, your earnings are automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet.

No action is required from you during this period.

Your only responsibility is to send the trade offer via Steam and not to cancel it within the 7 days. That’s all.

🔐 What is ByNoGame Buyer Protection?

• The buyer’s payment is first deducted from their ByNoGame Wallet.

• This amount is held in the ByNoGame Secure Pool.

• Once you deliver the skin, the payment remains protected.

• After the 8-day period, the system automatically transfers the payment to you.

So the buyer cannot retract the payment. Your money is 100% guaranteed.

💸 I made a sale. When will my money transfer to my Wallet?

When you sell a CS2 skin:

1. The buyer pays, and the amount is transferred to ByNoGame Secure Pool.

2. You successfully send the skin trade.

3. Steam’s 7-day Trade Protection starts.

4. When this 7+1-day period expires, the trade reversal right ends.

5. After the 8-day period, your sales earnings are automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet.

No action is needed from you during this period.

Your only duty is to send the trade offer on Steam and not cancel it within 7 days. That’s all.

Why is the period 8 days instead of 7?

Steam’s Trade Protection holds trades pending for 7 days. However, due to the difference between Steam server timezone (America GMT-8) and Turkey's timezone (GMT+3), this period can be +1 day (24 hours). Therefore, the balance transfer time is 8 days.

Why do I receive my earnings only after this time?

Steam’s Trade Protection system implemented on July 15, 2025, made CS2 trades reversible within 7 days.

Because the SELLER can cancel the trade within this period, we created ByNoGame Buyer Protection and hold the collected amount from the BUYER in ByNoGame Secure Pool until the end of this period to transfer to the SELLER.

How can I track my earnings in ByNoGame Secure Pool during Trade Protection?

My Sales & Deliveries page shows listings marked “DELIVERED” and “IN STEAM TRADE PROTECTION”. Under the relevant sale, the remaining days for payment are displayed:

Once the 7 days expire, the trade reversal right ends, and your “Trade Protection Pending Balance” is automatically transferred to your ByNoGame Wallet the next day.

Can the buyer withdraw the amount waiting in ByNoGame Secure Pool?

NO. The buyer cannot retract the payment. Your money is 100% guaranteed by ByNoGame and held for you for 8 days.

What happens if the BUYER cancels a trade under protection? What are ByNoGame’s penalties?

All protected trades of the BUYER are canceled, all skins under trade protection period return, and the account receives a 30-day trade ban. The buyer also cannot trade on Steam Community Market.

In such a case, ByNoGame may temporarily or permanently suspend the buyer’s membership.

ByNoGame deducts 25% of the product amount as a transaction security fee from the BUYER and transfers it to the SELLER’s wallet to compensate for the seller’s loss.

ByNoGame charges the BUYER a service fee equal to 10% of the product price.

Update (22.09.2025): Transaction security fee increased from 5% to 25%.

What should I do if the BUYER cancels a trade under trade protection?

• Upon receipt, we prioritize and review your submission.
  If confirmed that the buyer canceled the trade, ByNoGame will deduct 5% of the amount waiting under Buyer Protection as a transaction security fee and refund the rest to your ByNoGame Wallet as soon as possible.

• Additionally, ByNoGame may temporarily or permanently suspend the BUYER’s membership as a penalty.
