My payment request didn't come what should I do?

If it's been an hour since you received the 'Your payment has been sent' notification and the money hasn't reached your account, there's a high probability that:
- You may have entered your IBAN incorrectly.
- The name and surname registered in the system may not match the IBAN owner.
- For payment requests to a credit card, you might have entered your bank account number instead of the credit card number.
- For payment requests to your Ininal card, you may have entered the Ininal barcode incorrectly.
- Or there could be an issue with the bank systems.

For payments that haven't reached your account, you can create a Financial Support Request under the relevant payment request or create a Financial Support Request. Our finance team will conduct checks through the payment channel and, within the next 2 business days, identify the problem and ensure the refund to your ByNoGame Wallet.
