When will my refund be processed?

You may have requested a refund after making a payment through ByNoGame. It's perfectly natural to wonder why the refund process might take some time once you've been informed about it. In this article, we’ll explain step by step why refund transactions can take longer compared to payments. 🙌 

Refund transactions may take more time than payments due to certain technical reasons, as they require additional checks and intermediary steps. The main reasons include:

1) Banks process refund transactions sequentially rather than automatically. This means each refund request is placed in a queue based on the bank’s workload, which can cause a delay of several days.

2) Weekends and official holidays are not included in the refund process timeline. Only weekdays (business days) are taken into account.

3) Refunds are not usually sent directly to your bank; instead, they are processed through intermediary payment providers such as Param or PayTR. This adds a few extra steps to the process, which can extend the overall duration.

Once ByNoGame initiates the refund process, our part is complete. However, the time it takes for the refund to reach your account depends on the speed of your bank and the intermediary payment providers. For this reason, please note that the refund period may vary between 3 to 7 business days. 🙏
