How does the delivery process work?

You can follow the delivery process of all products on your orders page.

 

As soon as you receive the seller-delivered products, an sms, mail, and telegram notification is sent to the seller,

The seller must deliver the product to you within the delivery hours (within 60 minutes).

For Knight Online item and ring (except Steam Zion) sales;

The product is received by our Knight Online Delivery team from the seller within the delivery hours and then delivered to the buyer.

Stocked epin type products are delivered automatically (within 3 seconds) when you purchase them.

 

USKO Gold Bar products are delivered by in-game trading within 1-3 minutes approximately by our 24-hour delivery team.

 

All this delivery process is carried out with ByNoGame Assurance.
