What are the new listing pricing rules in Knight Online?
Created: 6 months ago
A new price change rule has been implemented for Knight Online listing prices.
The purpose of this rule is to regulate pricing policies, prevent market price manipulation, and eliminate unfair competition caused by bot use.
• The new rule applies only to listings containing a single item (non-set listings).
Summary of the Rule
If there is an active listing for the related item in the system;
When adding a new listing or updating the price of an existing listing, if the entered price is requested to be lower than the current lowest priced listing, it must be lower by the amounts specified below.
Minimum Price Differences
Up to 10,000 TL: at least 25 TL
Up to 25,000 TL: at least 50 TL
Between 25,000 and 100,000 TL: at least 100 TL
100,000 TL and above: at least 250 TL
How Does This Rule Prevent Bot Usage?
It is impossible to manually keep up with 1 TL or smaller price cutting attempts made via bot usage instantly.
Therefore, the system only allows price updates at certain intervals and in specified amounts.
Thanks to this structure:
- Mandatory price reductions occur at a level that cannot be entrusted to bot usage,
- Continuous and automatic price cutting is prevented,
- Only careful and conscious manual operations are valid.
Important Information
If the rules are not followed, the listing addition or price update processes will end with an error.
We would also like to emphasize that attempts to use bots through alternative ways despite this update will never be accepted, and sanctions including termination of cooperation will be applied.
