What to do If in-game contact claiming as ByNoGame Worker?

ByNoGame does not provide nickname information or ask for the return of your GB (Gold Bars) from within the game.
If ByNoGame sends you a message from within the game, you should not respond and should contact Live Support directly.
In such cases, please take a KSC (screenshot) and provide it to us.
Beware of scammers!
