When will I receive payment?

Once you complete the delivery, don't forget to click the "I Delivered" button.
This action sends a notification to the buyer and allows them to confirm the trade. Once the buyer approves, the trade will be placed under 7-day Trade Hold Protection. After 7+1 days, your earnings will be transferred to your ByNoGame wallet. 😊

If the buyer forgets to confirm, don’t worry.
You can click the “Upload Screenshot” option from your sale details and upload an image showing the delivery. This allows our team to verify the trade and process your transaction. ✅

If there's a delay after the 7+1 day period following the trade, you can contact us via Support Requests.
