If you fail to deliver the order within your specified delivery time frame during your delivery hours, either because the product advertised is not available or because you listed the wrong price, and if you wish to cancel your order, your store will receive negative feedback resulting in negative points and sales restrictions. As a seller, it is not enough to just add listings; you must also keep track of them. When you fail to deliver orders to the buyers, the responsibility lies with you. You should update your listings frequently and avoid listing products that you will not be able to deliver.
